We bring your existing store to us

Do you already run a store with another provider? We handle the move, free of charge for private customers, business customers receive a quote based on scope. We schedule it together in a maintenance window so that no order is lost. You will find all the details on the Migration Service page.

When the store grows

There is always room to grow

Within the WebHosting plans, you can upgrade to the next plan without moving. For larger Shopware installations, we recommend our WebHosting Max plan. If your store keeps growing, you can switch to a VPS with root access or to a Managed Server.

Frequently asked questions about store hosting

Which store system suits me?
WooCommerce suits you if you know WordPress or want your store and content to come from one system. Shopware suits you if the store is your core business and you need structured catalogs or B2B functions. OpenCart or PrestaShop suit you if you want to start quickly with a manageable product range. If you are unsure, we advise you before you order.
What does hosting an online store cost?
For a store with OpenCart or PrestaShop, we recommend WebHosting Plus for €10.95 / month, for WooCommerce the WordPress plan WP Plus for €13.95 / month and for larger Shopware installations WebHosting Max for €25.95 / month. Your .de domain is already included in the plan price. Only if you want a different domain extension does its price come on top. You pay no setup fee. The price shown applies to the monthly term. With a 12- or 24-month term, it drops by 15% or 30%.
Can I switch to a larger plan later?
Yes. Within the WebHosting plans, you upgrade to the next plan without moving. If your store grows beyond that, you can switch to a VPS with root access or to a Managed Server. With the Managed Server, we handle the move for you.
Do you handle the move of an existing store?
Yes. For private customers the move is free of charge, business customers receive a quote depending on the scope of the move. We agree on a time window for the move with you so that, as far as possible, no order is lost.
