The principle
A Managed Server is your own virtual server: we set it up to your requirements, monitor it around the clock and keep it up to date.
You work in Plesk with unlimited domains, and our team handles the server work behind it.
You do not need a custom configuration but a fixed package, yet on your own server? Then our Managed Hosting is the right fit.
Hardware platform
Your Managed Server runs as a virtual machine on the same platform as our VPS: AMD EPYC 9645, DDR5 ECC RAM and NVMe storage in RAID 6. We take care of operating the platform.
Scope of service
We build the server for you initially: operating system, Plesk configuration, network setup and security hardening. After that, you describe what you need and we implement it.
We apply updates for you in a controlled way, check the patch level and keep an eye on the state of the server, without you having to worry about it.
Web server, database, mail server, load: we notice anomalies before they turn into outages and respond proactively.
You receive the Plesk panel in the Web Host Edition with unlimited domains, fully managed by us. You receive reseller access to the panel.
Daily backups are included. If needed, we restore individual files, databases or the entire site for you. An email or a phone call is enough.
Direct contact with a technical person at our company: no anonymous tickets, no bot. By email and phone.
Performance
Redis answers recurring database queries from memory. That takes load off the database and shortens the response times of stores and heavily visited applications.
A request to support is enough, and we set up Redis for your application on the Managed Server and keep the service up to date, like everything else on your server.

If the plan no longer has enough memory or computing power, you book both individually at any time, without changing plans and without reinstalling. On the Managed Server, backup, monitoring and support grow along with RAM and cores, which is why the prices are above those of the VPS line.
