What is OpenCloud?
OpenCloud is open-source software for storing, sharing and syncing files. Access files in your browser or connect your devices using the available apps.
Create shared spaces for your team and share files by link. You decide who can view or edit content. You can also set up an office integration for editing documents in the browser.
You manage OpenCloud on your Root Server, including installation, user accounts, updates and backups. We maintain and operate the server hardware.

Your booked CPU capacity is continuously available to your Root Server. Choose the resources for your cloud and other applications accordingly.
For more space, choose Local Block Storage: an additional NVMe disk with 20 to 1,000 GB. Mount it in your server’s operating system.
Your server is located in Germany. You manage users, sharing and access permissions in your OpenCloud installation.

CPU, memory, storage, location, and your IP addresses are listed in the Customer Menu. From there, one click takes you to the Server Control Panel.

AlmaLinux, Arch, Debian, FreeBSD, OpenSUSE, Rocky, Ubuntu: you start the installation yourself, with no ticket and no waiting.

The VNC console shows you your server's screen right in the browser. That way you can reach your server even when it is not reachable over the internet.

Before an update or a risky change, capture the state of the server with a snapshot. If something goes wrong, you go back to it.

Every server comes with an IPv4 address and its own IPv6 network. You set the reverse entry yourself, which is often decisive for sending mail.

The firewall rules take effect in front of your server, so they also apply when something goes wrong inside the server itself. You can switch the firewall on and off at any time.

If the server no longer starts, you boot a small Linux, mount your disks, and get to your data. You activate the rescue system with one click.
