The principle
Your plan runs on our Plesk servers with clear CPU, RAM and storage limits. We help with hosting configuration. Your content, applications and plugins remain your responsibility.
Your plan sets the CPU, RAM and storage your websites can use. You share the platform with other customers.
Updates, security, monitoring and daily backups run on our side. You concentrate on your website.
Your environment runs exclusively in German data centers, GDPR-compliant.
What we take care of
We keep the operating system, services and security patches up to date, on a schedule and with maintenance windows kept as short as possible.
We back up your hosting package daily and encrypted and keep the backups for 7 days. Restoring through our support is free of charge.
We monitor the hosting platform and investigate reported issues.
Free SSL certificates for your domains and a Web Application Firewall that blocks attacks are part of every plan.
We set up your hosting package and get in touch as soon as it is ready. You start right away in Plesk.
If you have questions, you reach the people who look after your hosting platform, by email and phone.
