Monitoring is the starting point
The service monitors email sent using your domain and flags issues. It does not block messages itself. That also requires a suitable protection policy and correctly configured sending services. We help you understand what your domain needs.
Reports arrive with a delay and do not cover every email. The service does not replace spam filtering or malware protection for your mailboxes.

Choose the domain you want to monitor. Include any other services sending on your behalf, such as newsletters, shops or invoicing software.
- 2Configure DNS records
Verify your domain and enable reporting through DNS. We help with initial setup. If another provider manages your DNS, you need access there.
- 3Receive and review reports
Sending sources become visible as receiving systems submit reports. We agree report delivery with you. Further analysis and configuration work is arranged separately when needed.

Questions about Email Domain Protection
What is DMARC?
DMARC combines SPF and DKIM authentication with rules for handling unauthorised email. Reports from receiving mail servers show which sources send for your domain and whether authentication aligns with the visible sender domain.
Do I need to move my email to hostworld.de?
No. Your mailboxes can stay with your current provider. You must be able to update DNS records for domain verification and reporting. We help with initial setup.
Do I need a separate service for each mailbox?
No. Monitoring is configured per domain. Multiple mailboxes under the same monitored domain do not need separate packages. Each different domain must be included separately.
Does the service prevent every forged email?
No. Monitoring highlights issues. Protection against unauthorised use of your domain requires correctly configured senders and an effective DMARC policy. The receiving system decides how to handle each message. This does not comprehensively protect against lookalike domains or misuse of an authenticated mailbox.
What should I do if a report flags a problem?
First check whether the source belongs to one of your own sending services. Forwarding and configuration errors can also trigger findings. If you need help analysing or correcting an issue, we agree the additional work with you.
Why do not all sending sources appear immediately?
DMARC reports arrive with a delay. Only traffic reported by participating receiving systems becomes visible. No new sending data can be displayed without new reports.
