With a Reseller WebHosting contract, you build your own hosting brand without having to invest in your own servers, backup systems or Plesk licenses. You buy resources from us and sell them as your own hosting packages to your end customers.
In the Plesk panel, you manage several customer accounts, each with its own domains, mailboxes, databases and limits. Every end-customer account gets its own logins, its own statistics and its own Plesk access, but sees only your branding, not hostworld.de.
You set prices, terms and service levels for your customers. We deliver performance, backups, updates and 24/7 platform availability in the background.

Which panel do I get?
Plesk Web Host Edition, the Plesk variant designed for resellers with customer management, service plans and the full WP Toolkit license.
Do I need a separate IP address for every customer?
No. All customers share the common platform. If needed, dedicated IPs can be added (e.g. for special SSL cases), but in most setups they are not necessary.
Can I move customers between my plans?
Yes. Directly in the Plesk panel, you move customer accounts between your service plans without their websites noticing anything.
What happens with a plan upgrade?
No interruption. You switch to the next larger reseller plan in the Customer Menu, the customer accounts keep running unchanged. No migration, no downtime, no configuration change.
Can I go back from the reseller contract to standard WebHosting?
Yes, on request. We migrate existing customer accounts to their own standard WebHosting plans or consolidate them under your own Plesk.
What about GDPR and data processing?
We provide a data processing agreement (DPA) that you in turn can pass on to your own end customers. Servers located in Germany, GDPR-compliant for the entire processing chain.
What do my customers' end customers see?
Only your branding. The Plesk web interface can be customized with your own logo and color palette, the access address is neutral. hostworld.de does not appear to the end customers.
