Before you get started
Who is the affiliate programme for?
Anyone who wants to recommend hosting, including web designers, agencies, club organisers and satisfied customers. You do not need to run a hosting business.
Do I need to look after customers or provide support?
No. You share your referral link. We sign the contract with the customer and handle their questions and support.
When do I earn my commission?
Once the corresponding invoice is paid. Monthly billing earns monthly commission, while annual billing earns commission with the paid annual invoice. You request a payout in your customer account.
What happens if a contract is cancelled or a payment refunded?
No further commission is earned after the contract ends. If a payment is refunded or cancelled, the commission for that amount is no longer payable.
Do my own orders or later purchases count?
Orders in your own customer account do not earn commission. Your referral covers the contract placed through your link and its renewals, not automatically any later, separate orders.
Where can I find my referral link?
Once approved, open “Affiliate programme” in your customer account. You can create your links and track your commission there.
