What's included

Included with every domain

Full DNS management

You create A, AAAA, ALIAS, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, SRV, CAA, HTTPS and TLSA records yourself in the Customer Menu at any time. For secure email delivery, you enter SPF, DKIM and DMARC directly.

DynDNS included

For a home server, NAS or camera on a connection with a changing IP: as many DynDNS names as you like, for IPv4 and IPv6, at no extra charge.

DNSSEC

Protects your domain against manipulated DNS responses, for extensions whose registry supports DNSSEC.

Redundant name servers

Your domain is served by several geographically separate name servers, fail-safe and fast.

Custom name servers supported

Want to use your own name servers? No problem: enter them for your domain in the Customer Menu.

Email and web forwarding

Redirect individual addresses such as info@your-domain.de, or all of them via catch-all, to an existing mailbox, or forward to another URL. Both possible without a hosting package and at no extra charge.

Auth code

Want to move your domain away from us to another provider? You generate the auth code yourself in the Customer Menu at any time, without asking support.

Transfer lock

Protects your domain against an unwanted transfer to another provider. You switch the lock on and off yourself in the Customer Menu, provided the registry of the extension supports it.

Whois privacy on request

Protection of your personal data in the public Whois lookup, available for extensions whose registry allows it. At no extra charge.

Transparent prices

We show renewal and transfer prices openly next to the registration price: no hidden surcharges in the second year.

Everything in your own hands

What you can do yourself, without waiting for anyone

Change name servers, set DNS records, set up forwarding, use DynDNS, toggle DNSSEC. These views are part of every domain.

TLD-specific notes

What to keep in mind with .eu domains

.eu is managed by EURid, the official registry of the European Union. The registrant must be resident or established in the EU/EEA (or be an EU citizen, regardless of residence). The TLD is ideal for Europe-wide projects, platforms with a GDPR focus or brands that want to signal multilingualism. WHOIS data is published in a GDPR-compliant way: private registrant data does not appear publicly.

Who can register a .eu domain?
Natural or legal persons resident or established in the EU/EEA, as well as EU citizens regardless of residence. We check this during the order process.
